LEATHER RUG COLLECTION
The Flitterman Collection
of leather rugs sets us apart from other manufacturers of handwoven
products. The various textures lend themselves to any design project
from
traditional, using our sleek flatweaves, to transitional and
contemporary,
using our shaggy qualities. The leather rugs are the most durable and
practical
rugs on the market as maintenance and cleaning are very simple. For the
flatweaves and low pile qualities such as Prairie, Savoy and Couture,
any
vacuum can be used for daily care. For the shaggier qualities such as
Wild
West, Fettucini and Wild Leather, we recommend using a suction
attachment
to the vacuum without a beater bar to avoid undue friction on the
leather
strips. A leather cleaning product such as saddle soap and water can be
used to wipe up spills. For Prairie and Prairie Twill, they can be
mopped
or sponged clean with a leather cleaner to maintain the natural luster
of the leather. With proper care, the leather rugs will last for
generations
to come. They are ideal accents for both residential as well as
commercial
applications for the floors or walls.
